Saclepea-Mah Development Association (SAMDA) will make its debut at Spring Meetings of the World Bank Group and the IMF, following its invitation to the 2023 edition that will take place in Washington, D.C., from April 10 to April 16, 2023.
According to the letter of invitation dated Thursday, March 30, 2023, and addressed to SAMDA CEO and founder, Tony Kona Fele, who will represent the organization at the 2023 edition of the event, the Civil Society Policy Forum (CSPF) will take place from April 11–14, 2023.
The letter signed by the Civil Society Team World Bank Group CSO, read in full: Dear Tony Fele,We are pleased to inform you that you have been registered as a CSO to attend the 2023 Spring Meetings of the World Bank Group and the IMF that will take place in Washington, D.C., from April 10 to April 16, 2023. The Civil Society Policy Forum (CSPF) will take place from April 11–14, 2023. Please find your registration confirmation letter attached. Elated Fele earlier today relayed the cheering development to SAMDA worldwide in an email, which read: “Ladies and Gentlemen, Please see attached SAMDA’s letter to attend for the first time a World Bank small business forum. I will be attending along with them but will notify all of you via communication at the forum.”

This invitation came on the heels of the kick-off of SAMDA’s sport programmes involving secondary schools across Africa, notably in Cameroon, Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire, Liberia, and Nigeria.
