Fele revealed making contacts with several top players in the global financial sector, including Madam Christine Lagarde, the former European Bank boss and now a director at the World Bank, and Dr. Uzziel Ndagijimana, the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning of Rwanda.

“We have been going through the conference and only have a few minutes to ourselves.

“But the conference has been great so far, and I am making a lot of contacts with new friends.
